A. UTC - Coordinated Universal Time is a universal timescale dependent upon the time told by atomic lighting. Because these clocks are accurate every year or so 'leap seconds' have being added as UTC is even better than earth's rotation which slows and speeds up thanks towards the Moon's seriousness.
